A properly installed liquid barrier commonly protects for several years, depending on the product and soil conditions. We advise on the expected life and recommend annual inspections to keep it effective.

Baiting or barrier, which is better?

Both work well when matched to the situation. Baiting is excellent for eliminating a colony and for homes where trenching is difficult. Barriers give a defined protective zone. We recommend based on your home.

Can I stay in the house during treatment?

In most cases yes. We will let you know if any part of the work requires you to keep clear for a short period.
