What the treatment includes
Buying a home in Sydney is a significant investment, and a timber pest inspection is one of the smartest checks you can make before exchanging contracts. What I check
The inspection follows the relevant Australian Standard and covers the interior, roof void, subfloor, exterior and grounds. I look for active and past termite activity, damage, borers, fungal decay, and moisture or drainage issues that raise the risk of future infestation.
