The treatment was very thorough and everything was explained clearly beforehand, including the process and what to expect. The whole experience was professional from booking through to completion. It's now been 2 weeks and I haven't seen a single pest. They also removed all the spider webs around the house, which was a great bonus. Nabil is easily one of the nicest and most professional people I've met, what a top bloke! Clear communication is incredibly important to me, and Nabil excelled right from the start. He conducted a remarkably thorough inspection of both our roof and our tenants' roofs to address rodent and possum concerns. He went well above and beyond by identifying structural roof issues, pinpointing the source of the infestation, and highlighting potential entry points we hadn't noticed. On top of that, he sprayed our entire roof,something our previous pest control provider had refused to do. His attention to detail and outstanding service made all the difference. We will definitely be having him back in a couple of weeks to treat the shed and the perimeter of the house. Highly recommended!

Nabil came out on an urgent call after finding out my property was infested with termites. After thorough precision and cleanliness, it was revived and ready for the tenants.
