Termites can work through the structural timber of a Sydney home for years before there is any visible sign. An annual inspection is the cheapest insurance you can buy against a repair bill that often runs into tens of thousands of dollars. Our inspections cover the interior, roof void, subfloor, exterior and garden, and we use moisture meters and movement detection to check areas that cannot be opened up.
What the inspection covers
We assess the full property for evidence of termite activity, past damage, and the conditions that attract termites in the first place. That includes drainage, moisture, timber in contact with soil, and gaps in existing barriers. You receive a detailed written report with photos and clear recommendations.
